4x4 problems

Hey does anybody know about 4x4 not engaging why it not go into 4wd both of my light r blinking at the same time anybody know what the problem is it a rely I check my Tran-case n it get power I just don’t know

In my experience, both lights flashing means transfer case actuator is bad.
