5100's with springs

Bilstein 5100'a with springs set @2.5 they have about 5,000 miles on them. Have had them sitting in the garage for over a year after switching to icons so these need to go. I'd rather not ship since they are kinda heavy but pick up is available in south Orange County or I can meet up in the lax area.

Can the springs be adjusted I'm only looking for a max 2" lift and what if I pay shipping?
 
They are adjustable. Currently set at 2.5, if the local buyer does not work out I will ship but with the springs they are a little heavy. Definitly not against shipping but thought I'd try local first.
