6 in lift maximum wheel width

Okay so I've been looking at either a rough country or procomp 6 in lift with some American Force SNAFU FP wheels. I would like to be able to use 20x14 size wheels with 33's but I have heard that they will scrub even at 12 inches wide. Does anyone know what I could do?
 
Mine barely rub. You have to be cutting wheel hard to rub. I have 6inch fabtech.

I was thinking about getting 20x12s on 33s too with my 6.5" Maxtrac lift. A guy I follow on Instagram just put 22x14s on 35s on his 7inch lift
