Brakes?

I had a 2010 Tacoma with about 105,000. I put new front brakes on it at about 70,000 and the rear looks like almost new. The brake pedal seems to go down more now. I looked at the rear brakes and they still looked good. Anyone have a problem with the brakes ?

Bleed the brakes really good once you install new pads/shoes(rear). You should have improved pedal feel.

I'd like to asked a question here if I may. I also have a 2010 Tacoma I bought used....only 30,000 miles on it. I noticed the brakes will make a "Click" noise when I back up. Does the same if you stop then go forward. Took it to the dealer and they checked it and said it was just the pads releasing. I've never heard this on any vehicle I've owned. Does anyone else's do this?

Is this coming from the rear drums?? Could be "self adjusting" as you back-up???

If you look at the image above... Note the lower wire spring attached to both pads. Could this be rubbing against the wheel???
