Clean up and Glove Box

Need some tips on how best to clean the textured part of the door panel. It’s covered with dried mud, dust and dog snot and wont clean up well.

Also, any suggestions on keeping everything from falling out everything from falling out for the glove box every time I open it?

I've used a small hand held tire brush to clean the grooves in my door panels. It works pretty well

Thanks. I hit it with a kitchen scrub. Looks ok.

I don’t like the material they put their. It’s on the dash and the doors. It’s rubbery and seems to hold onto everything.

I don’t either. I figured it would be a nightmare to clean but I haven’t had any issues using regular interior cleaning wipes.
