It was the throwout bearing, actually probably just the small clip that goes somewhere. Great news,
except can I get the release bearing and the other part attached, and the clip. All i can find is the bearing itself. I think I found one at a dealer in Sacramento.
Does anyone know the name of that part or come across something similar? I would like to replace the entire thing (clips, bearing, other part).

****in with the tranny in the front yard today, guys at Martin Crawlers pressed the release bearing on the collar for me. Got that in, hope it stays. and the pressure plate back on, needs to be torqued to spec, 80ft lbs. Got a friend coming over later to help put the tranny back in.
