There are so many lenders that are doing this right now from 2-4 months.
My local credit union I have a loan through is offering the same thing and you don’t have to prove you’ve lost a job or been effected by COVID. They are offering it to anyone with an auto loan in good standing.
I think we will see more and more of these companies doing things like this. They aren’t going to do the crap business they did back in 2008 and screw people over. That didn’t work out for them so well in the public eye.

If anyone is effected by this I’d recommend contacting and checking to see if your financial institution will work with you. They most likely will.
 
Man 2 weeks ago my wife’s best friends dad broke his hip. He was in surgery the next day. He had a small fever before he broke his hip. His wife had one too. She went to the ER the next day after his surgery. They were both tested and put in isolation. Her dad finally beat the virus and was released today. The wife has been in icu on a ventilator for 2 weeks now. Things are not looking good for her. It’s been tough on their family because they haven’t been able to go see their mom/wife now for 2 weeks. The dad is an emotional wreck. Everyone please take this pandemic serious and follow the social distancing. Everyone wants to complain in the world about not being able to go to the stores, but they really need to think about how fortunate, all of us that have not gotten the virus, are and be happy to not be going through what some families are right now.
 
Thanks Tooter and Backroader. It’s been a heck of time lately for them. Each day my wife’s friend will text her and give updates on her mom. Things aren’t looking too good for her. Everyone hug their loved ones and make sure they know how much you love them. You never know when it will all come to an end.
 
Vbtacoma,,,you could not have said it any better,,,everyone please say a prayer everyday for this family,our own families and every living thing on this earth.
People take so much for granted eveyday,,,not on purpose, but due to our own lives on a Daily basis,,,it consumes us..
We all heard BC’S story about being run over by a forklift,,,who the hell could imagine that,, I couldn’t. Eveyday,we wake up and do the same Routine,taking for granted,,yes that light switch will work,,my car will start,,it’s ok to text and drive because it won’t happen to me....The best thing I ever did was become a Volunteer EMT,,,it made me appreciate life -everyone’s life-everyday. We can’t personally control this virus but it only take a minute to say a small prayer everyday,,,it could happen to anyone of us..
