Creaking sound emanating from steering stops at full turn

So I noticed the moment I got my truck lifted and got bigger tires on it that when I turn the wheel all the way to either side and move at a slow speed, I get this loud creaking/popping sound. I've looked around other forums about this that say it's normal but I thought I'd get yals take on this and see if anyome else has had or has this issue.

Thanks!

I have had this same issue, truck creaks/pops when backing out or pulling into driveways as well as when driving below 30 mph, feel like it may have something to do with control arms. A part seems to be missing on one side, and creaks/pops occur on the front driver's side wheel well. Any ideas?

Without physically checking the truck out, could be anything from worn body mounts, suspension components to ball joints.
