I had to lol considering Nissan is putting one in the titan and it could get better if Toyota would put a 6 speed auto in and go with Mazda's approach to diesel emissions

How is it the Hilux is present in the smallest foreign countries but they won't sell them in the U.S.? I'd love to get my hands on a midsized/small diesel truck. Last i remember seeing in the U.S. was the Isuzu pup

Gas is more costly in other areas and emission regulations aren't as strict in the US. Here diesels need cats, urea injection or particulate filters and sometimes all of the above to pass emissions. They aren't as clean as everyone thinks.

Well mazda actually is bringing a diesel here that requires none of the emissions equipment except a cat
