Does anyone know what the LED bulbs, preferably plug and play, no budget just want the best.

If u have "no budget"
Get a retrofit set of fx-r projectors in OEM headlight housings and morimoto projector fogs.

Frequent hidplanet.com forum..... I'm pretty sure they can help with led better than a general truck forum. Especially a small one like this.
