Does anyone know what this is for?

I looked for it in the owners manual but I couldn't seem to find it, maybe I missed it, could someone please tell me what it's for? It looks like a defroster but I already have a defrost button, why would there be another one?

I didn't think I had mirror defrosters. It doesn't show the squiggly lines on the mirror like it normally would if you had mirror defrosters.

Mirror De-Fog button........my '17 TRDOR has it. On page 376 of your owner's manual.......used to remove "raindrops, dew and frost from the outside rear view mirrors." When turned on will automatically shut off after 15 minutes.

No problem, G! When I got y '17 I noticed the button......took me awhile to find it in the manual.......one small paragraph is all.

Side mirror defroster. I use it all the time.

I used mine when we got freezing rain in March.......have to say it worked pretty well.

Thanks everyone, I didn't even know I had that,lol! I was thinking to myself, the only way I could possibly love my truck more would be if it had heated mirrors and remote start! The only thing missing now is remote start, lol!

How hard is it to add remote start to a push button vehicle? Do you need to carry an additional fob around with you?

Very easy for a 12 volt solutions. 30 minutes.
