I rarely use my ECT in my home state. Mostly use it when I go to WV to my property. I used it yesterday here in Joisey for giggles and discovered something new, or if not new, forgotten to me.
I drive in the S mode, S6. When I put the truck in ECT at a stop light and then took off as usual, upshifts were at a higher rpm as expected, but even at 65 mph I could not get the truck to shift into S6. My foot was light on the gas and the road was flat. Is this normal? In WV it's hard to tell, because you are either going up hill or down hill.
Thanks all for the help.
