I am about to put a flow-master exhaust and a new intake on the 2015 sport. Is anything needed to get the ecu to recognize that the truck can breathe now?

What kind of exhaust and what kind of intake?

You won't notice a big difference besides sound. As for the ECU....your not telling it to change anything. I have the TRD catback and URD TCAI. When I bought the intake I also bought the MAF calibrator that I have to splice into my ECU. That has a program that I can change things to tell my ECU. If that makes any sense.
