The sad thing is that these are even issues.
My dad used to tell us, “If you’re gonna be dumb you better be tough”. I think this stuff falls into that category.

Kids all over the country were doing that hyperventilation thing 40 years ago. In the 90’s it was a choking game. 5 years ago in japan kids where licking each others eyeballs. They are suppose to be smart. The kids today aren't any dumber than the kids in your generations they just have Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. Social media is allowing it to be wide spread and seem like it’s worse than it is. I don’t personally know any kids that have done or would be stupid enough to eat a tide pod.
