Good tires?

The st Maxx is a good tire. Relatively quiet.

I looked at the general grabbers as well, but got an extremely good deal of the bfg's so i went with them. So far they have been an excellent tire. Not complaints yet.

I had BFGs as the stock tire on my 2002 Toyota Tundra SR5.... One blew-out with only 15,000 miles... I almost drove the truck into a tree. BF Goodrich would not replace the tire. I did not hit something on the road??? NEVER will I purchase BFG's...THEY SUCK!!

Yes... every 5k service.... I do the oil, filter, and lube. My local tire dealer put my truck on the lift and does the rotation. They prorated the last set of Grabber HTSs.... I guess they will be doing the same before winter hits here in NE Pennsylvania.

Well... I'm not the only Tundra owner that was not happy with the stock BFgs ( Why does Toyota put crappy stock tire on their trucks?

Grabber HTS are crappie compared to BFG KO's or KO 2's that's why your getting only 30,000 miles on them!

Good point...
However, BFG refused to "make good" on the tire. I know lots of guys with trucks/jeeps etc. love BFG tires. I just had bad luck.

I have had Firestone destination AT on mine and LOVE them . They fist were on my 1998 then to a 2008 TRD Sport and now the same set are on my new 2015 .
