Gun rules and what u carry?

Hopefully they will since Republicans have control of the House and Senate. Honestly I don’t see it happening this session because of the recent controversy with bump stocks. Even the NRA is laying low right now.
 
Unfortunately I doubt Cali will ever allow carry without a special permit. It might save lives and stop innocent people from being slaughtered by crazy assholes. But Cali doesn't understand this. Cali thinks only cops and bad guys should have guns. F--k the hard working good citizens.

Yeah it’s very unfortunate the position cali puts their people in. You couldn’t pay me to live there

A new bill is making its way through Congress and could drastically change how Cali can enforce those laws, while also making it easier for California residents to get a concealed carry permit.
The bill
-the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act-
will require each state to recognize concealed carry permits from every other state, even states that don't require concealed carry permits.
The house is suppose to vote on it tomorrow.
 
What that means is you can get an out of state permit from Arizona or Utah where it’s easy enough to get and you can carry in California with that permit and they would not be able to do anything about it.

It’s a federal law so it would include at least 48states. Hawaii might be a little different. I don’t know about crossing international lines to get to Alaska. You might not be ok to conceal carry it all the way there. May have to have it in a locked box without ammo to get into Alaska then you would be ok once you where there to concealed carry.
 
It also doesn’t mean that you can carry everywhere you still have to follow state to state laws. You can’t carry onto state and federal and some private facilities and property. Most public land is ok.
