Interior item question

Ok,
I’m not sure what the thing is in the backseat area of my 2021 Access cab but, over the back side window, there’s a small rectangular item. It’s where the hanger feature was on most older models. It doesn’t seem to have a purpose and I can’t find it mentioned in the owners manual. It doesn’t move. It doesn’t pull out. It doesn’t seem to do anything useful.
Anyone know?

I had a similar item behind the access cab seat in my 01 tundra....can't recall for sure, but I was told it's some sort of data recorder for monitoring events like a rear end crash. Other words, big brothers watching you. I personally thought it could be some sort of airbag sensor in the event of a crash.
