Interior mods

I got a 2015 TRD sport 4x4 taco back in June and haven't started modifying it yet. Would like to do some interior mods. Anyone have ideas? Suggestions? Examples?

What type of mods are you wanting to do ? I added Clazzio seat covers to mine and they look like factory leather seat . They are a bit cheaper than Katzkin but you don't remove the original covers to install them .

Weathertech floor mats...

I have a 2006 that toyota issued a floor mat recall on. The original were badass floor mats that held in dirt and water better than any other stock floor mats.
So... Toyota recalled the mats and I mistakenly told the service writer to go through with the recall. Mistake...

They replaced the mats with something that resembles cardboard and sucks ass for holding dirt and water.

Whether tech is the closest thing to original that I have found.

I have led strip lights in the floors of mine, it helps a lot at night!!! I'll post pics later

I have the factory weather mats it came with which are nice. They don't cover up the sides but they work good. I'm mostly gathering ideas right now. Not sure if I want to mod the exterior or interior first. Would be interested to see a pic of the led lights in the floors texastacoma!!

Map lights on with dome light. Simple mod, and when combined with swapping out the factory bulbs with LEDs, makes for great lighting at night.

You'll love them. It's a cheap mod and will cost you less then $20. They even have a kit for your interior, tag light and reverse lights to. I think that kit was less then $30.

How do you have it wired? Maybe try a toggle switch.

To be honest, I dint know haw how it's wired... Bought the truck used and when we got it my dad took it and had a remote start put in with out telling me... He just told me he wanted someone to look over it, when they put the remote start in they also suggested the floor lights and my dad agreed... All I could figure out is their wired to the door switches... Past that I can't trace the wiring with out taking pats of the dash and under dash out...
