Just got a new 2018 Tacoma 4x2 and I am wanting to change out the stock rims, was wondering what size tires and rims are best and will look the meanest without a space or lift, your help will be greatly appreciated thank you
Welcome to the forum.
Lots of info on wheels and tires in the forum. There is a search feature that works well. I’d say most questions have been asked and answered.
I personally like less rim more tire. 16” wheel with 265/75/16 tire on it.
265/70/17thank you! What if I were to have more rim then tire? What sizes would you recommend?
Thank you brother! So much hell! And these will all fit without a lift or space?265/70/17
265/65/18
265/60/19
265/55/20
There is a pattern.
265/50/21
265/45/22
265/40/23
265/35/24
In theory yes. They don’t make half of those. It will also depend on the offset and width of the wheels you choose.Thank you brother! So much hell! And these will all fit without a lift or space?

Post some pictures.
If I was to put 17s what aggressive tire size should I put on it?Welcome to the forum.

What about the negative offset?265/70/17
-6 or 0 works.I ha
What about the negative offset?
Is -12 too much?-6 or 0 works.
Some say they rub some say they work. I wouldn’t go lower than -6.Is -12 too much?
17x8.5Some say they rub some say they work. I wouldn’t go lower than -6.
How wide are the wheels?
8.5” is pushing it for width on 265’s. 9” is wide. 285’s it would be ok. 7-8” is better. I’d get the 17x8.5 +00 offset if that was my options on the wheels I wanted.[/QUOTE
So what sizes tire would be good on this set of rims 17x8 and offset it 0mm. 265’s as well?
