Leaf springs

I read on another forum that the eyelits on the 1st gen Tacoma leaf springs are smaller than the leafs on the 2nd gen Tacoma. Hope this helps.
 
Why don't you just add a leaf instead of swapping out, AAL does an amazing job to our factory set up, after I installed it I was totally amazed plus you get 1-2 inches of lift

Sounds like a good idea! I didn't think of that!
 
Thanks guys, I appreciate the help. I just talked to a friend on mine who has done a lot of work for me on the truck, since the springs are the same width, I might be able to keep my main spring and use the leafs from the 2010 set
