MLB thread

I figured that game would easily go to the royals, boston had most of their junk pitchers that throw batting practice in that game once the starter they recently acquired from the dodgers that red sox recently hammered. Right now boston is trying to rest their premier part of the bullpen for down the stretch.
 
Who knows boston seems to have more trouble with sub .500 ball teams. Imo, they don't take them seriously enough.

On another note...good ridden's to those padre city connect uniforms after this season. They truly suck. Someone was drinking way too much mezcal when they came out with those.

Padres beat the Red Sox in 10 innings last night. Boston let another slip away as their pitching walked in too many padres.
 
Red sox played one of their tightest games last night with a walk off 2-1 win over the fish wearing those sucky green uniforms. It's their 5th walk off win wearing green.
Game time today starts around 4pm.
Currently the 4th inning...sox are pounding the fish 7-0. Sox win 7-5, but not before throwing batting practice in the 9th giving up a bunch of runs. Marlins nearly made a game of it.

Red Sox had the sweep in the bag over the fish, but cough it up in the 9th. Idk what it is with these red sox playing sub .500 teams letting them hang around till they beat get beat in late innings.
 
Boston takes game 2 of the 4 game series against the yankees winning 1-0 in a brilliantly pitched game on both sides. Red Sox also took the season series of wins over New York.

Boston just took game 3 of the series this afternoon over the doodles blowing them out 12-1. They can go for the sweep tomorrow.
Should have seen, and heard the yankee fan booing their team. Many of them are demanding they chit-can the manager.
