I would fill a 5 gallon gas can throw it in the back, fill your tank, zero out your odometer run your truck till it runs out then divide your gallons by your total mileage [emoji106]

I wouldn't go BD. Also you may only see 1mpg from a programmer. You're asking a lot from a small engine. You can help by changing gearing but ultimately big trucks don't get good mileage.

BD never worked for 2nd gens... All it does it act as a gauge.

Unless u speak of the 1 for the supercharged crowd... Then that's had all kinds of problems. It flashes the ecu... But it's not without problems.

BD is a joke for 2nd gen tacomas.

Scangauge and ultragauge show instant mpg (not sure how useful it is), and I THINK u can program in each fill-up to monitor your mpg.

I'd be amazed if bd didn't work pnp.

It is so simple, set trip to 0 fill the tank, drive until you think you need fuel, note how many gallons to refill, divide that into the distance traveled- mpg.

How many mpg am I getting 7 inch lift with 20x12 -44 with 33’s and stock gears

I have set trips at a full tank and divided it out a few times I get right around 11. I have a 6 inch lift with 34s. 17x10 wheels. Mickey Thompson baja tires. 80% highway too. 6 speed
