I assume it was probably after a interstate/highway trip?
Either way that’s awesome mileage.
I average 18-22mpg. With 18 usually on short trips in town. I can’t complain with the mileage, this is the best I’ve ever gotten.

The trick is finding a big enough mountain.

His truck sticks third the entire way up any mountain.
And he’s not telling the whole truth. He needs 4 fat people in the bed with a good tail wind to get 21 mpg.

In atlanta I was getting around 20mpg but now that my truck is in the virgin islands with all the hills and traffic, i'm getting around 12mpg

I have been averaging 20, daily driving with my 2018 TRD Off Road. Just finished a short camping trip (about 250 miles....Phoenix to Prescott and return). Averaged 13.5 up the hill and 14.5 down pulling a 18' travel trailer...about 3500 GVW.

So, 20 MPG daily driving, 14 towing, for me.

I'm pretty close to the same, 2017 DCSB Offroad. Right around 20 average city /highway. Towed my 5700lbs boat/trailer got 11 mpg avg
