New tail lights for '06 Taco

Hey guys. I'm in the market for some new tail lights. I was looking at DEPO 05-12 facelift look black LED. I was looking at them on ebay....but it says "reuse bulbs if not included (blinker etc.)" Does this mean I'll have to take the blinker bulb out of my old ones? I've never ordered near tail lights so I'm pretty new to some of finer details.

I have those light on my tacoma they came with all the bulbs installed
 
Had seen a post offering pcs of steel to be welded together to build bumpers. Can't find it.....Can anyone hook me up?
 
The turn signals uses regular bulbs as well as the reverse lights. The onlt Led are the brake & park light.
