The salesperson told me I could get my oil changed every 5,000 miles paid for by Toyota up to 20,000 miles. I am at 4,600 miles and the maintenance required warning is on. I called for an appointment and was told they wouldn’t change the oil until 10,000 miles and only twice under Toyota Care if I called it correctly. They want $78.00 to change the oil. I called another dealership and scheduled an appointment. They will change the oil/filter at 5,000 mile intervals up to 20,000 miles or 24 months. Full synthetic. They charge $57.00 to change oil and mail out coupons. Pays to shop around.

They should change it u see the service plan at your request but they’ll only do it twice. They always have for me.
