new wheels and tires on the 2o11 at 117572...

almost 3500 on these kumho
not sure when they ought to be rotated...
gotta figure out something for the new wheels...collecting a nasty amount of brake dust inside the wheels in the front :confused:

would sum boeShield clear wax sprayed in the inner wheel rim area protect from brake dust and/or that saltMonster
 
Me thinks you've been smoking too much boeshield....brake dusts originates from the brake pad compound. I've not ever seen those toyota ceramic brake pads leave excessive brake dust on wheels. You likely have bogus pads if so.

i don't recall which pads i used a few years ago during that debacle with the rotor change and brake parts missing from dealer
they may not have been yota advics but i am not sure in this present time

brake dust sitting on these wheels seems to decay them over decades from the looks of the original wheels that were replaced abit ago
just wish to add an extra layer of protections is all... :confused:
 
I got cross drilled and slotted rotors from PowerStop I think it was. They have very little dust and huge difference in stopping power especially towing. I put them all around on my wife's X3 Beamer it really stops amazing.
