Orange Peel Paint at Front of 2016 TRD Off Road?

Have the inferno color. Recently stopped in to get quote on 3M protective film custom cut and applied. The guy noticed the paint on front bumper section is a little orange peel like at the bottom of the sides of the truck.

Is this only on TRDs? Anyone else notice this?
 
Mine has bubbles on the reinforced paint area on the lower side like the clear coat didn't sit perfectly over the uneven surface. No where else though.

Have same issue
 
I'm not directly familiar with the Toyota clutch, but in general, it sounds like the clutch isn't fully releasing, making it difficult to shift into first gear. Does your Toyota use a hydraulic clutch? If so, there may be an adjustment to be made or less likely, an air bubble in the line giving you less throw to release the clutch.
