Painted rear bumper flat black

I love it! I did not want the chromed bumper on my new TRD Off-Road, but I did not have a choice. Do you need all four cans shown, for the best job?
 
Thanks. That bonding primer must be amazing stuff. It looks like you can do the job without roughing up the chrome.
