Plasti dip 2015 grill

What would be the best way to plasti dip the front Toyota logo? Remove the grill or just spray it on?

The Toyota logo pops out from the back, pop it out and spray it separate then put it back when it's all dry.

Will it stick when I prop it back on without a problem or do I have to get something to make it stick?

It clips in, no need for any thing sticky.. As long as you don't break the tabs
