Not difficult at all. A couple screws and clips that's all.

I actually used Flexidip. Same thing different brand. Got it at home depot for about $5

Take it apart, use hot soapy water, dawn dish soap. Take your time and wash it good. I Hit a couple bug spots with brake cleaner.

be careful, the clips are quite fragile. doesn't take much to snap them off

i've always done the flexidip, but decide to try plastidip for the first time last week and i hate it. i feel like the flexidip goes on way more smooth.
