Priming your oil filter when doing an oil change.

it makes perfect sense to prime them
but still...
if it was THAT crucial they would not design an upside down or slanted down filter to begin with
or so my intuition would whisper to I...
 
They probably designed the engine in a way it gets good oil pressure soon as you start the engine without having to worry about this. I can tell you with filters as mine located on an engine....if you run one dry, the engine will clatter for a few seconds till the oil pressure comes up.
I've seen countless oil change videos on you tube, and by the toyota god that never mention this. Imo, its a critical tip.
 
I don't go looking into separate topics. I access the ''whats new'' on the forum menu. You can scroll through all the latest posts/threads. No need for multiple same pics, and videos. Just choose one right topic to list the thread under, and done.
