Re call

I doubt this would be online. Maybe a couple ways, call toyota corp. with the vin number, they should have it on record. Otherwise the new frame might have a sticker thats visible, or you can look for much new fasteners like leaf spring u-bolts holding the rear axle assembly.

I Will be crawl around this morn and calling toyota Monday
 
Toyota will have records based on your VIN.

Ask for a print of all the maintenance records. It will offer a clue to the condition of the truck and the maintenance. Especially, recalls and TSB work.
