Took it off......replaced with the black ones.....got mine from RockAuto.com......was the best price I could find. if I remember there's 3 keepers on the bottom that pull out and there's a clip on the inside of the bumper that's a real PITA to remove and install. But, after it was done looked so much better.

Thanks, I’ll look it over. Thinking about trying the plasti dip but not sure it would match rest of bumper

Yes black mine with Plastic Dip and all four wheels looks great love it

Looking at plastidipping mine too. Not too concerned if it's a perfect match with the rest if the bumper. The chrome doesnt Mather either.

Ecoological.com they make a cap that goes over the chrome. Comes in all paint colors, even have a bed liner option.

I replaced the chrome ones on mine as well. Got them from rockauto. Easy 10 minute job if that.
