Rear Leaf sag on Tacoma?

What causes this I'm just curious..? I ordered aftermarket heavy duty skyjacker leafs from 4wheelparts already.

Edit: It just happens over time. Constant bending and unbending cause the steel to flatten out or arch the wrong way.
