Retro head lights

Can someone tell me step by step how to retro style head lights.and add halos. And what size of retro to used.

Those are absolute **** and have been for yrs.
The optics are subpar, cutoff is terrible, throw is crap, they leak 98% of the time, they fog up, the goofy ass blingy lighting burns out, the halos are not bright, and the clear coat on the INSIDE of the lenses flake off and look terrible quite fast.
