Rust warranty frame replacement voided with lift kit?

Looking to put a 3" lift kit on my 2011 Tacoma but worried that doing so would void my eligibility for the frame replacement program. My frame is very rusty, I received the notification but waiting on having it inspected, as I have almost two more years to do so. Any thoughts, and or insights would be greatly appreciated.
 
The lift wont kit wont void your warranty, but like TacoKen said...get your frame replaced first. I had my lift already done when i got my new frame. Then i got it resprayed with rust prevention. Everything turned out great. Got new legs on my 08 Tacoma.
