Shifting issues

Hi all, i have a 2023 tacoma limited with 15K miles that has recently started intermittently downshift excessively hard, i would equate this to a manual tranny going from 5th to 2nd or 3rd; any of you seen similar issue? obviously with no error code the dealer gives me the standard no trouble found, unable to duplicate issue

There shouldn't be any hard abrupt downshifts with these 6 speed autos. My 2020 sr5 v6 auto is so smooth you cannot tell what gear your in unless going by the tach numbers.
You need have another dealer check it out...it might still be under warranty.
