Sound system not playing audio music from phone

Any luck about my car not playing audio via Bluetooth or iPod?

Can make calls with it. But not able to play music via Bluetooth or the usb

Ok, then its paired properly, so it's likely a setting on your phone. What kind and series of phone do you have?

Try going to the Bluetooth screen and make sure that your device is connected as the phone and the audio device.

justinv916, it remembers me a time when I was trying to install my new 6.5-inch speakers and there were some issues with all these connections and wires all around the car.

Try to look at the Bluetooth settings and make sure that you have allowed access to all features/functions.
Also check to make sure the volume is up the phone. Sounds simple but sometimes that’s what it is.
If that doesn’t work uninstall and reconnect your phone to the head unit.
