There is much debate across many forums for different vehicles about wheel spacers and how they do/do not put more stress on bearings than a proper sized rim.

Ppl get into crazy maths about it.

Well normally it’s a lowered car or something that bottoms out when going over a curb lol but I’ve heard it when the wheels stick out past the fenders as well

I run a 3/4" set up front to clear my shock reserviors. Personally I'm not a fan but they are there. Wider tires would look better.

If you're trying to get a wider track, that would be in the backspacing of your wheel. Fat tires on skinny wheels drive kinda funny around curves. Mickey T's are good tires.
