Sway Bar?

I'm planning on getting my first Tacoma and found this at the dealership. Does anyone know if this is a sway bar or not? please see attachment circle in yellow. I don't see any other Taco having this and not sure why its sticking out like that.

WTF? Is that how they rig swaybars on DB lifts?

DB kills actual clearence to begin with, wtf is this nonsense?

I personally would run away from that truck.............maybe even that entire dealership

Definitely stay away. Whoever worked on that truck can't install a simple sway bar.

Ok I looked at Craptech's site and that's how that garbage lift is installed.
