Synthetic oil change

I have a 2014 tacoma and I change my own oil i wanna go to synthetic! What kind should I get? Ow 20? 5w 20?

Use what truck recommends. The v6 is 5-30

I use 5/30 and change it every 5K miles. Any off the shelf brand is good.

Use the viscosity the manual calls for, v6 is 5w30.

I just switched to synthetic 5w30

Use the 5w-30 . Been using it since day one... no issues with the synthetic at all.
