Tail Lights

I have a 2004 tacoma and i just bought LED tail light bulbs and replaced the original ones. Now all my brake lights even my 3rd brake light stays on at night. Any idea of whats going on with that?

Probably a stupid question but did you check the fuses associated with the brake lights, if the LED bulbs are too much wattage you could have burned it out. You would need to replace it with a fuse that can handle higher loads

You might need a relay...I know when I put LEDs in my turns and brake lights the dash lights would light up when I hit the brakes

It's not on the truck anywhere....you buy relays at an auto parts store and install them into the tail lights circuit
