That’s what I was thinking the seed was going to be huge and the actual amount of avocado wasn’t going to be that much more than a large avocado.

Actually this one made about a quart, the girth was crazy, thinnest part from seed was still over an inch, thickest about 3"...

I think that's because the give the cow daily messages to get the fat to marble in with the meat. It's kind of gross actually.
