Time for first set of new tires on 2014 4X4

Original tires are about done in (50,000 on em now). Thinking something like 265 75 16 or 245 75 16. Mostly street driving in AZ but now and then some rocky 4X4 roads not much mud but it could happen. Any ideas out there, appreciate the input.

265's are the only way to go. Cooper AT3 are a very quiet and semi agressive tire.
