Recently bought a 2018 Tacoma Double Cab 4wd. Lifted it and put 20" tires and wheels on it. Speedo is off
5 miles per hour. How can I fix it?

Take it to a dealer and pay them to recalibrate it. I remember reading someone doing his and they installed something and it caused more issues than it was worth and they ended up taking it out and just doing 5mph slower.Recently bought a 2018 Tacoma Double Cab 4wd. No dealerships in my area seem to offer that service.Take it to a dealer and pay them to recalibrate it. I remember reading someone doing his and they installed something and it caused more issues than it was worth and they ended up taking it out and just doing 5mph slower.
It’s also only 5mph faster when you are doing 70mph. When you are driving around town it’s only 1-3mph. Just do the speed limit and you’ll be fine.
I wish I got 16 mpg. I get 13 on avglooking for a programmer now. I have 20" wheels and my gas mileage is down to 16mpg. too expensive to switch sizes now.

That's the price you pay for having 285s [emoji1]I wish I got 16 mpg. I get 13 on avg
It’s stopping at the red lights and then having to go again that’s making it worse. If I hit the lights green I can average 15-16 mpg.Quit running those red lights and keeping your foot in the peddle and it’ll probably improve. Lol
It’s the E 10ply that is killing it. Haha. I’ll be looking at getting C 6ply next time. That's the price you pay for having 285s [emoji1]
