Tires and Rims

I'm looking to put 16" steelies with all terrain tires, does anybody know the size and pattern rims and tires I would need? Also looking to do a 2" lift kit from Rough Country, would I need a leveling kit as well? Thanks

I thunks a lift kit lifts..... as a level kit lifts as swell.
