Tools...

Those are ok to be portable when storing a small number of basic tools. I've had them break on me in the past. Hard to beat a good steel roller tool cabinet that has several various size drawers to organize all your hand tools, and instruments right at your disposable, rather than searching at times through one of those tool boxes for the right tool.
When I use to take sled trips into canada, I had one of those red plastic tool caddy's in my truck.

new tools hit some weather delay out of last stop in ChicagoLand..., they were supposed to arrive saturday but did not

wondering if the UPS truck transporting got into some trouble in the severe weather storm in eastern Iowa

Don't you even have a nearby harbor freight, home cheapo, or lowes nearby? All of them carry decent quality tools that will last the shade tree mechanic a lifetime. I never ever order tools through the mail. I like to see what I'm buying up close in person.

i like the tekTon style
they give decent discounts now & then + 10 per cent back on next order
they are not snap-on quality but whut is ???
