Vibration coming from front when accelerating.

My 05 DCSB TRD OR has, for some months now, been vibrating at varying degrees of intensity when I accelerate away from a stop sign or light. It feels like it is coming from the front right, and most commonly when I am going uphill and approaching 30 mph. Is this a serious precursor to a problem? If not, is there any sort of maintenance I can perform myself in order to help it? Thanks!

Also should mention, I replaced my front and rear suspension, coilovers and all, about 6 months ago and took it to a local shop to have it double checked afterwards.

I have the same problem when accelerating from a dead stop once I reach about 30-35 mph. I have a pretty stock 2011 dc off road trd. Would love to figure out the problem

Did you get an alignment after the lift? If not do that first. Then check balance on your wheels.

One of my buddies has been in service for Toyota for 28 years. Has soon as he drove my 07 when I bought it a year ago. He said feel that vibration when you take off? I said yes I thought the trans was slipping. He said second gen design problem we know about it for years. Toyota came out with a " fix" carrier bearing spacers that drop it made 1/2". I asked if it worked he said not usually! The carrier bearing is the almost U shaped flanged at each end with a rubber donut in the middle that your rear drive shaft goes into. I have a worsening vibrations in first gear from 5-10 mph! Single rear aftermarket drive shaft is going in mine soon!

I got it realigned the day I changed the suspension out and got it balanced and everything. I have looked into it some more, and it seems to be the infamous "driveline vibration" that is caused by the use of a two piece driveshaft. The gist of it: get some small shims to be placed in the driveshaft mounting points or just accept it and deal with it. It doesn't seem to be any sort of danger or damage.

Ive fought the dealer on this until I was exhausted,,,, basically I got the same thing, nothing wrong, if we mess with it we will most likely make it worse. just deal with it or go for a custom one piece expensive drive shaft

Went to dealer today, vibration 30-35, 50-55, swapped rear drive shaft with known shaft of good condition vibration stopped. Problem solved.

This is what the dealership told you ? Just deal with it ?? If a custom shaft or replacement is needed it's on them , but your issue will be proving you did nothing wrong (bent shaft). You may be exhausted but I'd stay on them until I was unconscious ...

Did the vibration start after the truck was lifted? Is the vibration felt in the stearing wheel and floor board only at 30-35mph? Is it like an intermittent hum hum hum type vibration or a constant? Does the vibration go away in 4wd high at the speed when you feel it?
