Have you checked your ball joints? They will make creaking sounds if they are dry and wearing out.

Not sure how to really check them, they are stocks so they are sealed.

Take it back to the dealer and have them check it.

Dang, I didn’t realize it’s a new truck. I would definitely take it back to the dealer.

Takeing it to the dealer may find the noise but any warranty on the suspension will probably be voided by the lift and big tires.

Did you ever find out what the noise was? I have a 2019 that stock height and I have the same weird creaking noise. Coming from the right front.

Have them check your cab mounts, there have been some issues in the past.

Isn't it kind a new to be ball joints? Is this a common problem for the third gen trucks?
