I drank my dinner. Just went grocery shopping and the fruits and vegitables from last trip got stuffed in the vitamix 5200 with chia seeds, hemp seeds and protein powder and coconut water.

Sounds healthy at least. I've been on a clean eating diet for a month and I'm down 12 lbs. Could be better, but could be worse lol
